When you must provide data
Name, email address, enquiry details, and privacy notice acknowledgement are required to submit the contact form. Organisation name is optional. If required information is not provided, we cannot process your enquiry.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share data with trusted processors that support website and enquiry operations, including:
- Cloudflare Pages for hosting and web security services, including Turnstile where enabled
- Google Maps for the embedded map shown on the contact page
- Email and webhook service providers used to receive and manage enquiries
Where required, data processing agreements and contractual safeguards are in place.
International transfers
Some of our processors may process personal data outside the UK, including in the EEA and United States. Where this happens, we use appropriate safeguards, such as UK adequacy regulations or approved transfer mechanisms (for example, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum to standard contractual clauses).

We do not run first-party analytics or advertising cookies on this website.
